1. Marie's Painting Materials I think has the best acrylic paint..
2. I've used Americana and it's worked just fine, but I haven't used the other one. When it comes to acrylic craft paint I always buy the cheapest one or whatever's on sale--Folk Art, Apple Barrel, they've all worked just fine for me.
