What's the best way to sell handmade crafts online?

I plan to make a variety of items to make money. Woodcrafts, sewing, jewelry, handdrawn cards, eventually dolls and doll clothes. Ebayers don't seem to get much for their crafts from what I've looked at. Are there some good sites to sell from?

  1. I'm not sure of the best way but here are a some of ways I've seen.... etsy.com is a web site dedicated to handmade items for sale. Another way is through one's blog. I'm into rubber stamping and scrapbooking and there are several blogs I've found that I go to regularly and sometimes they have stamp sets for sale etc. that they don't want any more. If there's a web site that's dedicated to any of the crafts you do, that has a gallery, tutorials, a forum to ask and answer questions, there may also be a place to sell some of your items. You could create your own website and make your items available for sale through that. I hope this was helpful.
  2. http://etsy.com Also here is some advice on how to sell stuff on the Internet (Marketing tips) http://newfreebooks.com/#websites There are also fresh ideas there on what to make.
  3. well like everyone suggest, try etsy, I was thinking of starting an account with them from my handmade jewelry. or you could try ebay or make your own website or pay someone to make one for you
  4. Why not try the dropship company, you can sell their products and you can add your own products. Of course the one time setup fee a bit expensive but no hidden cost. The easiest way to sell physical products online is by looking for the dropship company and applying online store from them and let them handle the dropship process and all the headaches. Dropshipping means the manufacturer or wholesaler that will ship the products directly to your customers upon ordering so that you don't have to invest in manufacturing, storage inventory and dropship process. They take the orders for you and then send your money directly to your bank account. The most important matter is the products sales tend to have a high profit margin. Your task is only to choose what types of products that you are going to sell online and promoting your online store that's all and the rest of the task will be done by the wholesaler who will manufacture and dropship the products to your customer. Some dropshipping company allow you to add your own products and sell it on their website but whenever the customer confirmed their payment, you need to pack the products and ship it to your customer address. http://www.multiebook.com/info-page/dropship-online-store.html
